Tenrisk is a policy suppossed to protect Landlords against difficult Tenants. They did not assist me with my tenant, when I complained about my tenant, they did not give me sufficient advice. When I wanted to submit a claim, they told me that I had no grounds for a claim, (not giving me a reason). Anybody considering taking out this policy, should think twice. So anybody thinking of purchasing this “revolutionary, innovative breakthrough,” be warned.

This has to be the world's best phone. It's simple to use, has a great responsive touch screen and a huge selection of free or paid applications available to expand its usefulness. It also syncs with iTunes whenever you plug it into your computer and is also an amazing video and audio player. It's great for fun and business. There really aren't enough good things I could say about the iPhone.
